KELSEY BURNETTE, MA PBA
Owner, BCBA, Behavior Technician
Kelsey has been working in the field of ABA since 2012. In 2013, she graduated with a bachelor's of science in psychology from the Honor's Program at the College of Charleston, where she wrote her thesis in behavioral economics with Dr. Chad Galuska as her supervisor. Upon receiving her initial training in ABA in the United States under Dr. Shannon Doughty's guidance, she realized how passionate she was about this type of therapy. After working as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst with the Early Autism Project, she decided to pursue her master's in Professional Behavior Analysis and become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She moved to the Netherlands in 2019 where she finished her master's degree through the Florida Institute of Technology, one of the world's leading universities in Behavior Analysis. In 2021, Kelsey began the process of growing her entrepreneurship into a fully-fledged company that could serve more individuals around the world.

YIANNIS BAMPALOUKAS, MSc
BCBA, Behavior Technician
Yiannis is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a bachelor's in psychology and a master's in Mental Health: Psychological Therapies. Since 2017 he is working with children and their families, providing assessment, treatment, and parent training. Yiannis is active in the field of teaching and training in behavioral psychology, offering classes, webinars, and workshops, while he is supervising BACB certified professionals and candidates. His academic interests pertain to the philosophy of behaviorism, language and cognition, and social justice issues. His research is published in academic journals and presented in scientific conferences.

LAL KOYUNCU, MSc
Psychotherapist, Behavior Technician
Lal Koyuncu is a child psychologist and behavior technician based in the Netherlands and Turkey. She got her BA from University of British Columbia where she worked as a research assistant in Dr. Janet Werker’s lab in infant language development. She then did her MSc in Child & Adolescent Psychology in Leiden University in the Netherlands, writing her thesis on the neuroplasticity in pregnancy. She has been working with children and adolescents on the spectrum since 2019. Currently she is training to become a pregnancy and birth psychologist.
ZOE RAVINALE CAÑON, MSc
Registered Behavior Technician
Zoe Ravinale Cañón is originally from Barcelona, Spain. After completing high school in England, Zoe moved to the Netherlands in order to study a bachelor’s degree in psychology at Tilburg University. In September 2021 she graduated with a master’s degree in child and adolescent psychology from the University of Leiden. During that period, she worked as an intern in the European School of Den Haag. In addition, she completed a research internship focused on giftedness for Leiden University as well as partaking in the Master Honours Programme of the aforementioned institute. Zoe joined Milestones Behavioral Techniques in December 2021 where she began to work as a junior therapist. Zoe is fluent in Spanish, English, Catalan and is working towards a B1 level in Dutch.

ILARIA VERGARI, MSc
Psychotherapist, Behavior Technician
Ilaria received her bachelor's degree in psychology from the Università degli Studi di Perugia in 2015. She then went on to earn her master's in clinical neuropsychology from the Università degli Studi di Firenze in 2018. In 2021 she started working for Stichting REACH Holland, a non-profit foundation serving children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and in 2022 she joined the Milestones team. She also works as a psychology tutor for bachelor's students at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. She is fluent in English and Italian.
KRYS COPELAND, BSIS
Behavior Technician
Krys is a dedicated behavior technician at Milestones, bringing more than 10 years of experience in education to the team. With a passion for helping children with autism, Krys is working towards earning her Applied Behavior Analysis Technician credential through the QABA. Krys also has a BSIS in Education and a teaching certificate from the Oklahoma State Board of Education, with additional endorsements for special education and English as a second language. Additionally, Krys has completed multiple continuing education trainings in ABA for classrooms serving children with autism. Krys is known for her enthusiasm in working with children with autism and celebrating their successes, no matter how small. In her free time, Krys has completed a 120-hour TEFL certification, allowing her to teach English as a foreign language to students around the world. Krys is currently working towards completing her Dutch inburgering and has set her sights on pursuing a master's degree in child psychology. Krys's dedication to the field of autism and special education is evident in her daily work and her aspirations for continued learning and growth.
MEGAN VAN TIENHOVEN, MA
Registered Behavior Technician
Megan is originally from California. She has been working in the field of ABA with children on the autism spectrum since 2019 and got her RBT certificate in April 2021. In the summer of 2019 Megan received her Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of California Riverside. She earned her master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in the summer of 2023. When not studying or working with clients on the spectrum Megan enjoys playing piano, painting, traveling, and hiking. She is fluent in English and is currently learning the Dutch language to increase her ability to help more clients.

SETH HARRIS, MA
Neurodivergent Pedagogy Consultant
Seth received his bachelor's degree in English from Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee in 2005. He went on to earn his Master of Arts in Learning and Teaching from Lipscomb in 2009. From 2010 through 2020, Seth worked as a primary school teacher in Tennessee, mainly with 8-9 year old students. He and his wife moved to the Netherlands in 2021 and in 2023 he began working as a consultant with the Milestones team. In his free time, Seth enjoys reading, playing tabletop games, watching films, and writing fiction & film criticism. He is fluent in English and is currently learning Dutch.
ARAIANA RAMOS, BA
Applied Behavior Analysis Technician
Ariana was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She's been certified as a DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) advisory by Cornell University. Bringing her passion for social justice and diversity along with having worked in non-profits for almost 10 years, Ariana is now certified as an Applied Behavior Analysis Technician by the QABA and plans on getting her master's in psychology. When she's not working with clients, Ariana spends her time reading and listening to music. She's fluent in English and Spanish.

NURIA CUADRI, MS
Behavior Technician
Nuria Cuadri is originally from Huelva (Spain) where she got her bachelor's degree in psychology and her master's degree in psychosocial intervention and research, which has allowed her to have experience working with children and teenagers. After that, she completed her research internship at Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland. She has also completed her master's degree in applied behavior analysis, and that's the main reason for having her on our team. She is fluent in English and Spanish .
ALDANA WOINAROWSKI, MS
Behavior Technician
Aldana Woinarowski is a psychopedagogue originally from Argentina, having earned her master's degre in 2015 from Universidad Nacional de Río Cuarto, Argentina. After 5 years of experience in the clinical field with children, in 2021 she commenced providing services for children on the autism spectrum and their families in France, utilizing the applied behavior analysis (ABA) method. In 2023, she successfully completed her specialization in "master in ABA intervention in autism and other developmental disorders" from Universidad de Cádiz, Spain. Currently, Aldana is actively working towards achieving QABA certification as a supervisor of applied behavior analysis, with the goal of graduating in 2025. She is a native Spanish speaker, fluent in French, and proficient in English.
